I’m not receiving any Card Leaks notifications. What should I do?

Check your in‑app notification settings under Account > Notifications to make sure Card Leak Alerts are switched on. Check push notifications are also enabled on your device settings for the Truyu app.

Importantly, you will only receive a notification if GBG has informed us that your first name, last name and date of birth have been used at an Australian merchant that is onboarded by GBG as part of our Identity Check Alert Service.
