Experian and Equifax are separate credit reporting bureaus. Each holds its own record of your credit history, which lenders may use to assess credit applications.

Truyu’s Credit Activity Alerts monitors your Experian credit report for any credit activity.

For credit report bans, Truyu works with Experian to place, extend and lift bans on your Experian credit report. We can also notify Equifax of your request to place or extend bans, but we cannot lift your Equifax credit report ban. Equifax requires you to submit ban removal requests directly with them. This helps them verify your identity and ensure the request is authorised.
